Does the Welcome Packet come in the mail?
No. A Newcomers Representative will come to your house or apartment and go over the contents of the packet with you.
What is in the Welcome Packet?
It contains a lot of information about your new community. Our sponsors provide great gift certificates, coupons and other valuable items. Each Welcome Packet is tailored to your need - kids, pets, homeowners, etc...
What is the cost of the Welcome Packet?
The Welcome Packet is free! There's no catch!
How long can I live here and still receive a Welcome Packet?
One year or less.
Do I have to relocate from out of town?
Yes. You can also move from a different community within the same county.
Do you give the Welcome Packet to undergraduate students?
Unfortunately, no.
Do you give the Welcome Packet to people who have lived in a community before, leave, and then return?
Yes, constantly. The resident must have left for over one year to receive the welcome packet.
Will you drop off the Welcome Packet if I'm not at home?
No. A Newcomers representative will need 30 -45 minutes to sit down with you and go over all the great sponsors in the Welcome Packet.
Can you come over in the evening or on the weekend
?
Yes. We are very flexible and will work with your schedule.
This sounds too good to be true! What's the catch?
There is no catch. We aren't selling anything. Sponsors find it extremely valuable to have us present you with their information.
